Large comfortable room on quiet street near Victoria Station
Pros: Great location near Victoria Station. Large, clean room. Cons: We were there during the recent heat wave and there was no AC in the room. There was a fan, which helped,
Cosy stay in a quiet location.
Pros: For a basement room it was larger than expected and the location peaceful. The bathroom, although compact, was modern and clean with a full size shower. Cons: Stairs to access basement rooms very steep and narrow. Would not be suitable for large suitcases.

Great location and everything you need
Pros: It was a large room and had everything you would need including a steamer, coffee/tea, hairdryer etc. Great location and very quiet, close to Victoria but didn't hear anything. Cons: If I had to pick something it would be having to get the key from another location close by but other than that it was perfect.
Great location and good accommodation but the room was challenging to access.
Pros: Great location in London. The room was lovely and the bed comfortable. Cons: Our room was on the top floor with 6 lots of steep stairs and no lift. When we arrived with two heavy suitcases and bags we had to carry them up. At no point was I told this. I am 60 with arthritic knees and I would have changed our reservation if I’d known. If you are in a similar situation make sure you request a room on the ground floor or ask if the hotel has a lift.
