Disappointing - ok for a couple of days but not for the 5

Pros: The location was good One staff member went out of their way to help us with the problem we had He was friendly and very apologetic about the issue . He went out of his way to get us another room and even walked us walked to it to make sure there wasn’t anything wrong Cons: When we arrived the reception staff member went was rude was made to feel very uncomfortable. Went to out floor/ room walked in to a very bad odour that made us feel-ill Went down to reception to let them know &said it would be looked into We were not comfortable using anything provided Plates in the cupboa

Pros: It was within walking distance to where we need to go Cons: The bed was a little to hard

We wouldn’t stay again due to the terrible bed and sofa, despite the great location.

Pros: The location and reception staff were exceptional. Cons: The comfort of the bed was very poor, the doona was actually an underlay and you could feel the mattress springs. The sofa in the lounge was unusable due to being sunken to the hard frame.
