Nice comfortable room and location but...

Pros: Location. Comfort. Cons: Received a text asking to do pre-checkin and any requests. Mentioned light sleeper and requested a room away from stairs/lifts. Yes, you guessed it correctly. Allocated room was very next to the lift and stairs when I turned up!! Reception staff said no other room available as usual. Why ask in the first place??

Excellent boutique accommodation

Pros: Perfect location, clean, well appointed rooms. Very comfortable. Checkin was easy and price per night was the deciding factor to stay. Cons: Nothing.
