Basic value for money, but did not appreciate the inflexible company policy.

Pros: The apartment is quite basic but spacious enough and in a very good spot for walking into and around Bath. It was reasonably clean internally and comfortable enough. Cons: I was very disappointed with the condition of the outside space, especially the back entrance to the garden. It was a mess and really needs some attention, and the garden was overgrown and neglected. It could be amazing with a little care and cleaning and a real asset to the property. Uncomfortable, falsely advertised, expensive. Only saving grace is the location.

Pros: Location Cons: Mattress so noisy you woke up every time you moved. Extremely uncomfortable as well. Garden was unusable as so overgrown (false advertisement). Advert did not specify that this was actually the Basement of a building. No Shampoo / Body-wash provided (should be clear in the advert so people know to bring their own). Checkin was late (4pm) while checkout was early (10am).

Pros: Kluisje was makkelijk te openen met kluis code. De voordeur was lastig te openen. Uiteindelijk gelukt. Cons: De badkamer had schoner kunnen zijn. En de achtertuin heeft onderhoud nodig.

Pros: It is very central and easy to get around to places in Bath Cons: Unable to use the garden as it is overgrown. The bathroom door runner needs fixing to the floor, and the front door mat guard is a trip hazard. A little attention to detail around the flat would go a long way .I have stayed in many flats at the same price, and the attention to detail would make this place a very nice place
