A lovely stay

Pros: This is my second time to stay at this property. It’s clean and comfortable and very secure. It is very close to the train station and local shops and it has secure parking. The bed was comfortable. Communication was great with the owner. Cons: The place could do with basic cleaning equipment such as a mop, broom, etc. and some updated cookware would be great. It didn’t bother me but if you are sensitive to noise, you might be bothered by the train line right next to the apartment.

Good value for money and in a good location with free parking.

Pros: Lovely flat. Very clean and has everything you need. Close to shops and restaurants in Solihull - less than ten minutes walk away. Free car park space is very useful. Train station is very close too. Lots of buses going past. Cons: Our stay was during a heatwave so the flat was boiling. Luckily we took our own fan as no fan at the property. Be aware that the train track is immediately behind the flat so it’s quite noisy. The bed is comfortable but very low to the floor. Fine for us but anyone with hip or knee problems might struggle. Brilliant fridge. Freezer not useable as frozen so
