Branmi House Barranco Grande

It is surprising to see advanced technological improvements and at the same time failures in basic things

Pros: The electronic door lock is very good. They had the detail of leaving a bottle of water. The TV has many services and applications. Cons: It took us an hour to contact the company as we did not receive the entry information. The beds are either deteriorated (which caused an injury to a guest when the bed leg moved) or unhygienic. The terrace table was full of animal hair. Two fans were not working well, one had blades that did not spin and the other made a lot of noise and moved due to vibration. The main light in the bathroom did not turn on, neither did several outside lights. Only two

Good experience, the accommodation needs better maintenance.

Pros: The house was clean and tidy. The kitchen was super equipped and clean. Good internet. Safe and easily accessible area. Cons: The patio was not completely clean. So we couldn't use it much. And I believe that some items in the house should be checked for proper functioning or repair, such as the TV in the kitchen or the master bedroom that could not work properly. The BBQ was not in good condition and we couldn't even turn on the TV.

Normal.

Pros: Breakfast not included and the location is correct. Cons: The kitchen furniture was in a state to be replaced.

Very good stay

Pros: The decoration is very nice Cons: The drain hose of the washing machine came off and the water spilled. And there is only one bathroom

Pros: Nicely decorated and cozy. Comfortable beds Cons: Needed a couple of maintenance touches... had many broken things, and it was also dirty
