Sufficient Accommodations for Party of 7
Our party of 7 spent 6 nights here & while it didn't meet our expectations we made it work. Pros: Ample space, easy parking in front & convenient keyless entry. Beds were comfortable, plenty of TP, paper towels & hot water. Area quiet, neighborhood is in transition but we did not feel unsafe. Rental price was very reasonable during Jazz Fest. Cons: The kitchen was bare bones, lacking bowls & very little cutlery. Had coffee filters but the coffee maker was broken (but a call to Hosteeva resulted in a replacement delivered in an hour) There were no basics at all (no sugar, salt, pepper etc)
We loved the location
We loved the location. We liked the room design. Bathroom and bedrooms were a great size.

It’s a fixer upper gone wrong. hotels .com support couldn’t help and Hostessa refused refunds . 24 hours later they put us

Floor tiles were cracked, paint drops not cleaned up, the doors squeaked, one bathroom shower didn’t have a drain cover, one bathroom door didn’t fit the frame so it had to be shoved closed. We also had to all buy sleep masks because the bedroom curtains didn’t shut out the very bright lights outside. Little things that all started to add up. I will say the beds were comfy, air conditioning worked well, each room had a
