Pros: The hotel was lovely and the staff was great. The location was convenient. Cons: The room was incredibly small and there was no window. The size of the room wasn’t necessarily the problem, but since there was natural light or window it felt like a cell. The description of the room was misleading for what it was.

立地が良い高級ホテル
Pros: 立地が良く、朝食もヘルシー。市内送迎サービスが快適で有難かった。 Cons: 照明がモダン過ぎて暗かった。 料金がとても高い。
Great property to stay. Will consider again if we return to Mexico City.
Pros: Location, very good property, Cons: Room is small and with no windows.
Amazing location and great staff, but not good value for money — the facilities aren’t luxurious and noise/safety fr
Pros: Incredible location. The staff and concierge were excellent — she helped secure reservations at some hard-to-get restaurants and bars. Rooms were small but clean and nice overall. Cons: Very noisy — our room was on the same floor as the rooftop, and there was a private event our first night. Random non-guests kept passing directly by/through our door to reach the rooftop, which felt like a safety concern given there was no separate entrance for event guests. Beyond the location, the property isn’t very luxurious for the price — restaurants and rooftop bar were mediocre. Also worth noting
We will return!!
Pros: LOVED the breakfast!!! Cons: ???
