Cons: La habitación estaba surtida con aperitivos y otros artículos que no estaban claramente identificados como sujetos a cargo adicional. Nadie me informó que estos artículos tenían un costo adicional. En la mayoría de los hoteles, artículos básicos como botellas de agua son de cortesía. Por lo tanto, no esperaba que me cobraran por artículos simplemente porque estaban en la habitación. No hubo una explicación clara o notificación sobre estos cargos adicionales.

Total disorganization. Unprepared staff and service well below an acceptable level.
Pros: Very good location. Cons: Total disorganization. I booked a room with a view and received another one without a view and inferior. I made the full payment through booking, and upon check-out, the fees were charged again. The attendant was very disoriented, demanded payment for check-out and informed that the manager (who was not present at the hotel) would review and refund the amount, which did not happen.
