Absolutely Excellent in Every Way 🌟
Pros: A brilliant hotel all round. Rihanna & staff could not be more helpful & the room upgrade & the gift of a beautiful heart balloon was so kind! When we leave on Monday 19th after staying on for 6 nights we will be definitely returning again. Thankyou All so much. Kind Regards, Mark Leaf & Michelle Brooks. 5 Stars ✨ 🎈 Cons: No Complaints at all

Pros: Everything was Excellent 5 Stars ✨ 🎈 Cons: No Complaints at all
More like an air B&B than a hotel. After paying, to gain access, they want to copy your passport.
Pros: Rihanna is the best 5 🌟 Cons: No Complaints
Pros: Thankyou. I will keep this short & sweet.. Rihanna is hands down the very best host & a member of your staff at Briggate Hotel.. Nothing was any trouble for her. She was welcoming & myself & lady Michelle would ALWAYS return to Briggate Hotel.. Infact we booked for just 1 night & we ended up booking night after night because of the great hotel & also because of Rihanna & her great hospitality.. & we will definitely return 5 🌟 🍰 Cons: No Complaints at all
