Shit happens.

Pros: Location Cons: Hot water not working. Internet is too weak. TV is constantly down. Too many broken electric appliances. Badly maintained in general. Cheap slippy unstable carpet. Beaten up chairs.

Pleasant

Pros: The location was great! Cons: We were not informed up front that the oven was out of order. Finding items listed as available to guests was a challenge, for example the iron was in a “private” cupboard and the kettle was eventually found in a cupboard in the kitchen.
