Very unique apartment, but the smell and the perceived unsafety of the area would be nice to know before booking.
Pros: Incredible views and very close walk to the convention center. Cons: Neighborhood was run down, wide arrange of foot traffic (business men and people experiencing homelessness). Entire building had a strange smell, musty or smoky plus a strong cologne scent air freshener smell.

Pros: It was very run down, homeless people were outside and on the floor of the apartment building wandering the halls. It smelled like weed everywhere. It was very dirty and not safe. Cons: Everything
