We enjoyed our stay - comfortable rooms, tasty breakfast and great location.
Richard and Simon were very welcoming hosts; there was a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Top quality sheets, towels and toiletries, tea making facilities including hot chocolate and chocolates. Lovely freshly cooked breakfast with a good range of options.

A lovely place to stay to enjoy Brighton.
The location is convenient to the pier and various other locations. The breakfast was made to order and fresh. The hosts were helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

A Great B&B at a Great location
A wonderful and amazing B&B. A half of block one way and you’re at the beach. A half of block the other way and you’re in a commercial area with lovely little restaurants, grocery stores, chemists, and coffee shops. The best part was the hosts Richard and Simon. They make your stay perfect! The breakfast is great and you have multiple options.
