The best staff
Pros: Nota 10 para todo mundo que trabalha no hotel, especialmente recepção, manutenção, restaurante e limpeza! A localização tb é muito boa e o café da manhã é bem completo. Cons: O leitor de cartão do elevador próximo à recepção está com problema para ler o cartão. A velocidade da Internet não é das melhores, precisamos trabalhar remotamente e foi bem difícil, bem como a TV que ficava travando toda hora.

Used to be good, but not anymore
Pros: Staffs were nice, some more welcoming than others Cons: They have seted the room for just 1 person, but it was supposed to be for 2. It was missing a towel, which was okay to ask for, but normally they bring it to your room, but wasn't the case, but it was fine. Then we went to have dinner, there was just 1 chair ar the room. And to take a shower, the water was cold, even when turning hot water on. The looker on the door was loose, almost broken, and the AC, was really noisy and didn't cool the room
