Cons: Soo hot and noisy again . The noise is terrible. The blinds didn't cover window and the TV had no options for Internet or apps Place needs upgrading

Pros: Friendly helpful reception. See below why..... Had to get dressed and go down to reception The receptionist gave me a key to another room( still cold water ..Eventually that one did warm up) The receptionist also wrote down for me where I could write to, to report this. Cons: NO HOT WATER for shower in my room . You know these things happen(hotel having a refurb , and probably a switch knocked?) However I wrote to customer service and 14 days later not even an acknowledgement of my email! I rang and was told it takes 14 days. You pay the going rate for a comfortable room

Hotel was under renovation stayed in annexe. Bit far out from city centre but Uber was cheap ride into town.
