Pros: Iron and ironing board in room. Fan on side. Plenty if tea coffee and sugar Cons: Staff. Room key didn't work so went to reception who did apologise and said "it's not your fault"!!!! On my own booked double room which receptionist questioned and then asked if I wanted 2 jeys Told the room 234 was only one floor up from reception and I should use tge stairs. It's actually 2 flights Good job I dont take milk as there was only one sachet Stain on towel Only one bedside light.

Ok for what it is

Pros: Reception was welcoming , was worried after reading lots of reviews however the room was plesant and quite quiet where I was. Yes surrounding noise but in city centre I expected this. Clean and tidy a good night's stay. Thankyou. Cons: Didn't have towels in room however this was sorted out straight away.

Nothing and i lost something. When i go return in the hotel and speaking with receptionist they dose not know regarding my lost items.
