Pros: Location Cons: Bed was very uncomfortable. Bed springs were poking me all night. Awful sleep.

Pros: Kelly the barmaid was great,the reception staff where really helpful. Cons: Nothing,we had a minor problem but was sorted right away.

Disappointing because all the points mentioned above could have been avoided .

Pros: CONVENIENCE ! The staff were quite nice n the room was satisfactory EXCEPT for the following ; The carpet edges were dirty and obviously had not been cleaned ( for some time due to the amount of dust and cobwebs,The pedestal to the small table was filthy with approx 3mm of dust ! ) There was no plug for the washbasin. one of the bedside lights did not work ! Cons: PLEASE SEE ABOVE

Pros: Staff great Cons: Noisy next door guests kept me awake till 3.40am then next day early hours 2.30 am noisy.
