Pretty much a budget hotel but it's clean and comfortable with friendly staff

Pros: The staff were good, the room was clean and comfortable, and the lifts were fast. The hotel is right next to Charing Cross Station, which is convenient to get back into the city centre if you don't want to walk. The price of the room was fair Cons: The hotel is not in the centre of the city, but that is being picky.

Disgusting/appalling dive!!!!

Pros: Nothing Cons: I booked this hotel for a wedding gift and was appalled by their stay! No toilet roll, no soap!!!! Shouting staff! Homeless and refugees noisy etc this is a Homeless hotel not one for booking.com for families or overseas guests visiting! Absolutely disgusting! Please remove this from the site noone else should have to put up with this place!
