位置好但设施陈旧

Pros: 位置很好，距离珀斯火车站步行7分钟，价格在这个位置也还凑合。每天有清洁工清理公共洗手间和厨房，但是总有人把用过的锅放在水池里不刷。 Cons: 设施陈旧，公共走道的木地板嘎吱作响，屋里的挂衣钩全都坏了，浴室的喷头有一半都松动了不能固定住，电梯也坏了，还好退房时碰到好心员工帮忙搬行李下楼。屋子门上面的窗户没有遮挡，晚上走道灯常亮影响睡眠，还好带了眼罩。

安さを求めるならいいと思います。

Pros: パース駅から近く立地がよかったです。 Cons: 部屋に大きなゴキブリが出ました。 夜遅くまで騒音が気になりました。

Loud nightlife, central to student bars; cheap & cheerful for easy walk to the trains.

Pros: Kitchen use: large fridges (very full but organized), easy access to sinks, boiling water and microwave in kitchen; maybe a little cramped but kept clean, somehow. Thank you, staff! Cons: Very thin walls. Room 26 (private) is squished in next to an unlocked dorm that gets loud, and shares tissue-paper walls with some kind of bar or club on the other side; there is no curfew on the noise so expect subwoofers to be thumping until 4am if it's the weekend. (Somehow, ambient music is louder in room 26 than out in the hallway.) Staff later told me to specifically request the single private roo
