A beautiful, luxurious hotel with fantastic facilities, thoughtful touches and excellent value for money
Pros: We had a lovely stay at Brook Hall Hotel and were really impressed with the whole experience. The hotel was beautiful, stylish and had such a fancy feel to it.
There were three adults staying in our room, and everything was catered for us really well. When we arrived at reception, we were even given some lovely goodies, which was such a kind and thoughtful touch.
The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom had a fantastic spa bath, which was a real highlight and made the stay feel extra special. There was also a pool table and darts available, which gave us plenty to keep u

Nice for short stays
Pros: We were able to check in earlier than 2 pm, which was handy as we travelled from Derbyshire. We only had interaction with the staff twice during our 1 night stay: once at reception when we arrived, and once when asking the cleaners where our room was. The staff were friendly but very monotone, with very little smiling. The room was as expected. Good parking. The shower and bath was great, lots of pressure. We did not use the jacuzzi function in the bath.
Cons: Upon arrival, we were given a cookie/biscuit each, which was wrapped in cling film, with no date or allergy information on it. We
