Value for money hotel
Value for money hotel that is well situated. Staff are helpful and pleasant although you have to ask for things rather than them being provided in the first place (I suppose this could be the new normal for hotels) Breakfasts are plentiful and well cooked The room we stayed in was very tired and the bathroom was dingy

Cobwebs everywhere! In the reception, the eating areas, the staircases and in my bedroom. Bathroom was dirty with black mould on the ceiling
Cobwebs everywhere! In the reception, the eating areas, the staircases and in my bedroom. Bathroom was dirty with black mould on the ceiling. Black water came out if the shower head and when the hot water eventually came through the bath tap, you couldn’t turn it off. Radiators came on in the evening, but, freezing in the morning and the front dooor wide open. I had to wear my coat to breakfast. Carpet on stair treads was worn and dangerous. Carpets in public areas were worn and dirty. China on breakfast table had a chip in the cup. The whole place has not been touched since the owners took i
