Good stay

Pros: Location is perfect, near the Paddington station, with trains, metro, buses, a lot of restaurants, bars, Hyde Park, everything just walkable few minutes distance. Very good base from where you can easily reach all crutial London locations. Very friendly staff, especially the team responsible for breakfasts. Our room was small but pretty modern and sufficient if you actually only need it for sleeping + bathroom. Coffee and tea in the room was a plus too. Cons: The doors to our room were not opening fully, because of the thick layer of carpet, which blocked it.

Great place

The location is great. The room was quite small, but very comfortable. The breakfast was really good. On the last day, our check out was very early, so they made us a breakfast bag for the trip.

Comfortable room but awkward hotel overall.

Pros: The room was adequate but quite crammed with a second bed for our son - nonetheless for one night we were very happy for the family room and the beds were comfy. The breakfast was not good, and the room much too small. Cons: Breakfast could be better. It's a tiny room in the basement with too little space which leads to a nightmare breakfast experience. Better leave that off the list and go eat at a cafe.
