Poor facilities , avoid it!
This hotel has poor facilities, on check-in I was told that room heating was not working. Location is not good as there are no nearby restaurants. I will not recommend it.

My partner & I booked a last minute, overnight stay here. We were informed during Check-In that the heating wasn't working - but the hot water was... and were asked if we were happy with that as a refund cannot be given once we have Check-In. We asked to see the room, to gauge the temperature in the room, before deciding. My partner is fine with the cold. I am not and wouldn't be able to sleep if it is cold. We were taken to the room to gauge the temperature. Enroute through the corridors, we were greeted with the smell of tobacco and weed. Not very pleasant, appealing, nor inviting. Our room

Room extremely cold asked for heating but dident have any hot water was warm. Mattress needs updating as was sagging in centre and asked for more milk and never came to room to deliver had to go to reception to remind them

Although very clean. There was no heating, which we didnt find out until we got there. We were supplied with a heater at 8pm and compensated y Experian. They could of contacted us before our arrival. And a complimentary breakfast at least
