Pros: Estaba muy buen ubicado y comunicado con el centro de l ciudad Cons: Algunas instalaciones del apartamento estaban rotas o desgastadas, la ducha estaba rota, el agua caliente no funcionaba, no tenía calefacción ni aire caliente, hacía mucho frío dentro y no había casi mantas, y además el personal tardaba muchas horas en contestar en alguna ocasión

The worse part is that there is no hot water running in the shower for the third night, we have immediately contacted the owner through both WhatsApp and booking.com but they didn’t reply at all (even until now). This is absolutely unacceptable, all of my family members were not able to take a shower. And it is terrible how the owner choose not to take any actions and ignore our messages 2. Pros: Prima locatie! Heel ruim appartement met goede bedden! Goede prijs! Cons: De schoonmaak kan beter , vooral de douchecabine en de keuken ( waterkoker heeft veel kalkaanslag) en pannen waren niet schoon . Oude voorraad van vorige gasten waren niet opgeruimd!

Pros: L’arrivée se fait sans problème avec un hôte disponible et réactif. La localisation est très bien, à deux pas des gares de King’s Cross et Saint Pancras. L’appartement est proche de nombreux commerces. L’appartement est propre avec tous les équipements qu’il faut et les lits sont confortables. Cons: Quelques équipements étaient défaillants comme le four, une prise électrique dans la chambre ou encore un tiroir qui était cassé dans la cuisine.
