Appalling dirty and cramped

Pros: Nothing Cons: I find it hard to believe someone could charge money for such a dirty, disgusting place. The two shower / toilets were quite modern compared to the rest of the building, but were dirty and uncared for. No toilet paper in one. My guess is that people are living there full time as a HMO and when a room is unoccupied they let it out as a B&B. The bedroom was a little bigger than the single bed and was like a cupboard more than a room. The bathrooms were strewn with multiple shampoo bottles, toothpaste tubes etc. which I’m guessing belong to residents. No towels were provided

Sometimes location and price can't compensate .

Pros: Location was ok for the Arena...and we did get free off road parking. Cons: The place is filthy...it looks like it has never been cleaned. The toilets and showers were undescribably dirty. All the mats on the floor squelched. The bed linen did not smell clean and it's the first time in years of travelling that I felt too uncomfortable to sleep in a bed.

The bedding and blankets appeared very dirty, with visible stains and hairs, and they did not look like they had been washed or changed for a long time. The smell from the bedding was also very unpleasant and difficult to tolerate. When I raised these concerns with the owner, the response was that “it won’t affect your sleep”, along with excuses rather than any attempt to resolve the issues. Overall, the cl
