It was okay for one night.
Pros: I liked the courtyard, it was a nice place to sit and relax. Cons: I didn’t like the constant sound of water dripping in the walls. That woke us up several times during the night thinking there was a leak coming from somewhere. The smell from the laundry area was strong and unpleasant. Not sure if it was bleach or a trash smell. It was right across from our room.

Pros: Lovely and helpful staff. Always smiling. There is a coffee stand and hot and cold drinks throughout the day and night free of charge. There is a small grocery store that sells snacks and toothbrushes. Cons: The beds in the room were a bit small.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
This hotel has the most unprofessional staff. They are very rude and unfriendly. They currently have a power outage problem in one section of the hotel where I’m staying. They are unable to fix the issue and when I ask for help they hung up on me. I’ve been waiting hours for the lights to come back on. Very unprofessional and mannerless staff.
