Pros: Hotel is in great location and has easy access to main roads and highways Cons: Variety of food for breakfast is not that much

Our prepaid reservation was not honored, and we were left outside with my daughter at 10 pm

Pros: I cannot comment on the stay because we were never checked in, despite having a confirmed and prepaid reservation Cons: The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. We had a confirmed and fully paid reservation through Booking.com, but the hotel could not find it. We were made to wait for a very long time and were then told to leave. Booking.com did not resolve the problem and simply canceled the reservation, leaving me and my daughter outside at around 10 pm This was an unacceptable and very upsetting experience.

Hotel was in a great location

Pros: Loved the location and all the friendly staff. It was also a very quiet hotel. Cons: The refrigerator did not work properly and where it is stored wasn't practical because of lack of ventilation. Very young kids were allowed in the hot tub. These kinds of inconveniences would not keep me from going to this hotel again.
