Absolutely amazing stay with family

Good stay, but inexperienced staff kept it from being a great stay.

Pros: Location, room comfort (bed,shower,soundproof) and breakfast were all excellent Cons: The only place this property fell shorten on was service. While everyone was very friendly, the majority of the staff was largely inexperienced and not accustomed to working in this class of hotel. I believe this property is operated by Marriott, they could do much better in their hiring practices.

Exceptional in every way, easily one of the best luxury hotels I have ever stayed in.

Pros: One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, and I have visited many highly rated luxury hotels around the world. The Bvlgari Hotel London genuinely stands out. The level of service is exceptional and every member of staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and looked after. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble. The attention to detail, professionalism and warmth of the team are on another level. A truly outstanding hotel and an experience I would happily return for. Cons: Honestly, there was very little to fault. The whole experience exceeded our expectations.
