Excellent location, but many stairs, very small room, and bathroom leaks water into the room.
Pros: Excellent location, very good air conditioning. Cons: Difficult access. Dangerous stairs, very small room, very small bathroom with no shower box seal, water leaked into the entire room, I even slipped on the stairs and fell. We were a bit lost trying to enter the room, they took a long time to answer the phone.

Very good central location in the Serrano Shopping District
Pros: I regularly book the hotel because of its outstanding location in the middle of Serrano. Once a year, I go there with a friend to stroll around. The location is truly outstanding, you can spend hours in the district, shopping and eating well. The accommodation is functional, but absolutely clean and impeccable. We preferred to have breakfast outside. For a city trip to Madrid, if you want to stay in Serrano, I can highly recommend it as a base. Cons: We didn't have breakfast, but it looked rather basic to me.
