Ehh.
Pros: Location. Room was ok. Fridge and microwave was good to have. Cons: Breakfast was not the best. Regret paying extra for it. The elevator stopped working the second day of our one week stay. And our hot water for showers were on and off. I took 4 cold showers.
Overall, a great stay. Would stay there again!
Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bright, with access via elevator. Located on a quiet street, within an easy walk from Queensway and Bayswater tube stations as well as Hyde Park. Cons: The room was a little small, although not smaller than expected. The beds could have been a little more comfortable. But we were glad to have two beds, as we were traveling as friends. We did not try the breakfast.

Pros: Absolutely everything. The location is fabulous, staff exceptional, and everything is spotlessly clean. Cons: Nothing to dislike.
If it wasn’t for the fact the lift was out of use I would rate our stay higher but with my wife having quite serious hip
