Our stay was exceptional in every way.
Pros: The property was exceptional in every way. It was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The food and drinks were outstanding—truly five-star—and the delicious breakfast was the perfect way to begin each day. A very special thank you to the concierge, Ivan, who made our stay even more memorable. We had lost an item on the train, and he truly moved heaven and earth to help us recover it. Undoubtedly the best five-star option in Venice.
Pros: Everything, the building, perfectly renovated, which is modern and clean as it is barely 5 years old, the facilities, breakfast, the restaurant and the friendliness of the staff. Cons: Nothing
