Pros: The location was great Cons: The bathroom smelled like sewage all the time, there were mosquitoes and ants in the room, and the air conditioning do not work well enough to cool the room down

Perfect location to explore the rest of Venice and be just far enough away from the big crowds. And the air conditioning in the hotel was fantastic during a very hot stay in Venice. Beautiful decor and great staff!
