Fantastic

Pros: This is our second stay and we had a fantastic time celebrating my husband's birthday. The reception staff even accommodated our request for a room upgrade to stay in the main building which was very much appreciated. We will definitely be back, wouldn't stay anywhere else when we visit Jesmond, it's such a lovely hotel and great value for money. Cons: Nothing.
