Ok
Pros: Was convenient to where I was working Cons: Locked gate to get to rooms is a great idea - if only it wasn’t so difficult to lock and unlock. Biggest problem was lack of privacy- windows and glass in front door are direct into the bedroom and blinds are inadequate- would be great to have a big curtain across the front. Burglar alarm or fire alarm went off at 5.30 ish. Didn’t know what to do and was quite frightening to be woken up by it. Electric and light sockets were loose which could be dangerous. I had a chilli baked potato and felt the chilli was poor quality
Peaceful
Pros: Peaceful with a lovely view. Friendly staff. Nice and clean and comfortable beds. Cons: There was a slight smell of tobacco smoke
Good place for short stay
Pros: Quiet location next to golf course. More than ample car parking. Room facilities same as most reasonable hotels. Only stayed one night and didn't use the restaurant except for breakfast in the morning which was ok. Cons: No air-conditioning or fans during the hottest summer on record. Exterior of cabins need to be repainted/stained but not a biggie.
Perfect. Great value
Pros: Great value, peaceful. Staff were really chill. Cabin was v clean and bed comfy. Cons: Couldn't get BBC on tv. Wanted to watch athletics
