Great location, very friendly staff
Pros: Great location, super friendly staff and very comfortable hotel Cons: It was all fine. Bit of noise from the street, but that’s to be expected on Osborne Road and didn’t really bother us, even though we had the window windows open
Pros: Everything, welcoming, lovely room, quality of food. Cons: Nothing. All good
Cons: The cleanliness could be better in the room (dusting wiping surfaces). Bar service very slow even when only 4 people at the bar and 2 to 3 bartenders. Would be nice for the bartenders to acknowledge the customers' presence.
