Pros: Excellent choice for a over night at AUS. Room are very spacious and clean, nice bar at the hotel and several restaurants in a walking distance. Highly reccomend Cons: Nothing

Dirty bedding, poor service, and then charged for a duvet I did not take.
Pros: Location Cons: My experience was extremely disappointing. When I arrived, the bedding was dirty and had hair all over it. I called the front desk requesting clean bedding and assistance, but no one came. After waiting approximately 30 minutes, I called again. After another 15 minutes with no assistance, I had to go downstairs myself to get clean bedding. I removed the dirty bedding and placed it outside my room, and hotel staff later picked it up from the hallway. I was only provided replacement sheets—not a comforter or duvet, so I ultimately slept with just the sheets because I had be

Excellent stay. We will definitely come back again
Pros: The room was big very clean staff were super friendly we felt so welcomed and comfortable. A big thank you to the shuttle driver. We didn’t use the shuttle but he was very nice every time he sees us on the hallway. Super helpful and so kind. Cons: There is a strange smell when you enter the building but it’s only at the entrance. The room and other perimeter smell very good though.
