Cambria Hotel Boston Downtown - Seaport

The stay was okay, but I expected better service for a 4 star hotel.

Pros: I like that the location was near a T station so it was easy to get to where we wanted to go to. There is a convenience store nearby and a good number of places to eat nearby. which was convenient. The room is clean and the bed was comfortable. The housekeeping staff did very well daily emptying the trash, keeping the room and bathroom clean and provide fresh towels daily. I liked that the wifi was free but it was low at times. Cons: Our booking included daily breakfast but we were not given the coupons upon check in. We had to go to the front desk daily to get the coupons. It was

Great place to stay!

Great central location, not far from the airport or pier. Metro line was just across the street which was helpful to get to Boston Commons.

Good and handy to subway

Pros: We were so relieved on a long weekend to get this room! Facilities great. Only issue Booking.com said in reservation that breakfast was included. It was not and Booking.com needs to update this. Cons: No breakfast included for an expensive hotel

Cons: No water

Great staff

Rooms are great the staff is super friendly. Specially Rachel at the front desk. It is really nice they have a real gym and net to the trolley
