Beautiful new modern hotel close to Harvard
Pros: Beautiful new facilities and great rooms with excellent decoration and everything that you could need in the room. A 20 min beautiful walk to Harvard. Cons: In such a new hotel it doesn’t make any sense to have the ice machine (which was in front of our room door) open right onto the hallway.

Pros: The front desk ladies are wonderful
Pros: The front desk ladies are wonderful. However, the young men who work the front desk are clueless. I have stayed here at least 9 times, and I am in a wheelchair. The ladies always place me in a handicap accessible room. The young man who checks me in did not offer a handicap accessible room or even a shower chair. He just wanted to check me in and get me out of his way. Cons: The lack of common sense.

Pros: Excellent new structure, clean and welcoming. Breakfast available simple but not expensive and good. Cons: The restaurant menu inside is limited and not very interesting. One evening not available due to a private event. It is not the same management but could still communicate better with guests. A bit far from the center.
