Decepcionante.

Pros: El personal fue amable Cons: La ubicación tuve que buscarla casi una hora con GPS, las almohadas apestan a saliva , te piden una garantia de 150 dolares, te ofrecen estacionamiento y luego dice que tien3s qué pagar por estacionamiento 57 dolares, uffff no había ni una botella de agua , realmente decepcionante!!! La puerta cerrada y nadie en la entrada pendiente a la puerta tuve que esperar 15 minutos para que unas personas entraran y yo poder ingresar. La recepción en el piso 9 y cero información ya que no hay nadie en la entrada.

Cons: 出差極度建議不要訂這家，退房收不到紙本發票還跟你說會email收據到你信箱，結果過了三週都沒收到，寫信跟打電話都推給booking.com，但明明平台說飯店要自己提供，而且我是在櫃檯付錢的又不是透過平台付費，極度不建議使用這個訂房，爛透了 Very Disappointing Customer Service I never received my invoice, and the way the hotel handled this issue was extremely frustrating. When I checked out, the hotel staff told me that the invoice would be sent to my email. However, I never received it. I followed up by both email and phone, but instead of resolving the issue, I was repeatedly told that I had to contact Booking.com to obtain the invoice. Their Booking.com said: "Only the property can provide an invoice

Pros: Excelente ubicación, el personal muy amable Cons: La cocina era lenta, no era mala, pero d se notaba que faltaba personal. El personal muy amable siempre. En mi habitación el sonido del aire acondicionado estaba al lado de mi cama y era extremadamente fuerte y no paraba de sonar en toda la noche
