Comfortable stay, friendly bartender, very small parking lot.
Pros: Convenient location near baseball stadium. Cons: Inadequate parking lot, ended up parking on the street in front of property.

Awesome!!
Pros: It's the perfect location for the festival that we were attending on the waterfront. Cons: The restaurant are closed on Sunday afternoon and evening.
