Pros: Nothing. Didn't get a chance to see any of the property Cons: Arrived for our reservation only to be told the entire facility had no running water. No showers, no faucets, and no flushing toilets. But they would happily refund our booking and made arrangements with other local hotels for a discounted rate. The other hotels did not have the room type needed to accommodate our family. I don't understand why the hotel waited until we arrived at 6pm to check in to inform us that we could not stay there. Were the phones not working either? Internet? Email?
