Nefasto, no acorde a la normativa, sin servicios minimos

Pros: Nada Cons: No tiene servicios mínimos ni higiene. No hay duchas ni agua corriente. Los servicios no están disponibles dentro del establecimiento, está en la calle a 7 minutos andando y al aire libre. El lugar está en su totalidad sucio, sabanas sucias, sofás sucios ,servicios de WC inexistentes. Los animales tienen su lugar de reposo en los sofás y camas. El pasillo es muy estrecho y no caben dos personas una al lado de la otra. No tiene las características ni de hotel, ni hostel, ni de hospedaje ni albergue. La normativa de establecimiento no se cumple en ningún sentido

Pros: The views, the people you meet, the animals... everything is nice except two people and the kitchen. Special thanks to Dani, from Venezuela, one of the best human beings I've met in my life. His hard work, dedication and patience was the key in the house. Cons: First the kitchen, full of cockroaches at night. The current boss of this business doesn't care about that and treats the team of volunteers as slaves. When she is at home she is usually very rude to every kind of Spanish speaker and doesn't even live there while she is getting the benefits of the rental contract. She goes sometim
