Pros: Heated outdoor pool, nice clean room, most staff extremely helpful and pleasant. Cons: One older waitress at the La Huerta buffet kept harassing and questioning us during our buffet on the last day. We felt very disrespected and uncomfortable. She was not even our server so I don’t know why she kept coming to us! What a way to ruin an otherwise fantastic stay! All other staff were fantastic. I am happy to share more information with the hotel if they reach out.

Pros: desayunos muy completos. Cons: lo malo es que cobraron mucho más. además caminas demasiado para llegar a tu habitación.

Pros: El hotel es un excelente punto para turismo, en una zona segura y agradable para caminar o esperar transporte. Es un hotel significativamente viejo y, aunque es evidente en algunos detalles, para serlo está en muy buenas condiciones. El servicio del personal fue siempre agradable, el desayuno muy completo y con opciones saludables. Cons: Lo único que cambiaría de mi estancia fue el lugar de mi habitación que daba a una fuente o estanque artificial que estaba vacío y abandonado. Mantuvimos la cortina cerrada todo el tiempo porque la vista no era nada agradable y la pequeña terraza era inú
