Pros: So unique…the staff was amazing. The proximity to hiking Table Mountain. The views. The food, breakfast and high tea was always a gourmet experience. Cons: Some art work is a bit dark. And noise from main area at breakfast might awaken you.
Best place to stay in Capetown!!
This was the first stop in our African trip and it was amazing! The service of everyone at the house was exceptional! They were available with a smile anytime we were at the house to serve, advise on restaurants and laugh with us. From waiting at the door everytime we arrived, to serving us our favorite cocktails every evening and even ordering rice for us to have a homemade Cuban rice and eggs dinner one night our stay was better than expected in every way! Recommend this hotel 100%!
Quality, first class boutique property in Cape Town
Camissa House in Cape Town is amazing. It's a small boutique property but it is huge on service and friendliness. The rooms are great and very comfortable and the ambience of the entire property is first class . But it's the butlers and staff who make the overall stay amazing. Examples we can share is Faseegh who happily took our camera to be repaired whilst we enjoyed the day touring. We only asked him to find out via calling a few places if anyone could help us the following day. Also, we missed high tea due to long days and when we didn't feel like going out, they made the most sensational

Our stay was exceptional, thanks in large part to the outstanding staff. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, professionalism, and attention to every detail. The team, Faseegh, Tumi, Unathi, Lwazi, Carlington and Siya went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, memorable, and stress free. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a truly welcoming experienced.
Beautiful place, fantastic staff, disappointing room.
Pros: Beautiful lounge and bar, super friendly and helpful staff. Really tasty breakfast. Cons: The room was small at the price and the bed was uncomfortable. The cupboard lights did not turn off and the aircon points directly at the bed. No view. This room was very poorly designed and not thoughtfully apointed.
