The room was clean and tidy. The view from the window was amazing. The bar and reception staff were pleasant and friendly.

Not bad
Good friendly reception staff. Bar staff did like his mobile. Room was adequate plenty of in room drinks. Not much of a drinks (spirit) selection. Very poor food menu.

Last minute booking !
Meet and greet fine. Despite the heavy price tag for a standard double room the accomodation was extremely basic and in need of extensive refurbishment. I cannot remember the last time I was instructed to keep the shower curtain inside the bath!!! Bedroom was basic very few hospitality extras ie enough tea coffee milk etc No Biscuits !! . Opted for an evening meal there given its proximity to M&S bank arena which was reasonably priced though a limited menu. However , at breakfast the next day wonderful staff ,service lovely, food good.seemed like a different place. I wouldnt personally ret
