the hotel that we would like to be taken as an example
Everything was perfect from arrival to departure. The staff is charming, and despite being close to an airport, the hotel is completely silent and very modern. The atmosphere between the staff and the guests is very warm. Large parking lot and a vast garden that allows for walking pets.

The sheets had stains of dried blood and hairs, when we asked for them to be changed, we had to do it ourselves after paying over 150€ for the room
The sheets had stains of dried blood and hairs, when we asked for them to be changed, we had to do it ourselves after paying over 150€ for the room. Also, the sheets they gave us were either small or dirty, we had to make a couple of trips to reception until we got clean sheets that fit the bed.

The sheets had stains of dried blood and hairs, when we asked to have them changed, we had to do it ourselves after paying over 150€ for the room. Also, the sheets they gave us were some small and others were dirty, we had to make a couple of trips to reception until we got clean sheets of the right size for the bed.
