Gorgeous view, perfect for someone who enjoys the city sounds. Front desk staff was so kind and even upgraded our room.
Pros: The view was nice, the noise is loud but I expect that from a large city. Cons: The noise of the city and the hot water not working immediately. Had to look at reviews online to know that it takes awhile to heat up through the old pipes - I wish they had told us as we thought there was no hot water.

Great location and staff, no hot water and broken air condition made the room uncomfortable.
Pros: I loved the location & the staff were accommodating! Rooms were clean and loved the full kitchen. Cons: There was no hot water during the entire stay and the air condition would not work. We had to move rooms because it reached 82 degrees in our original room, but wasn’t any better in the next room. The shower was extremely cold when it was working, at some points we had no water in the room because of a pipe bursting. Staff was as helpful as they could have been in the situation so we were grateful for that.

Ok for a quick stay
Pros: Kitchen amenities Cons: Didn't get the great inner harbor view as listed. No close accessible parking. Tv out dated

Very enjoyable visit to inner Harbour and slept well
Pros: Left before breakfast Cons: Took long time for hot water. I was on 8th floor
