Candlewood Suites Berlin Charlottenburg by IHG

We arrived late but check in was easy via the 24hr reception in the hotel next door. The suite was the well equipped and finished to a high standard and spotlessly clean. Would thoroughly recommend staying here again

Not the best visit, I'm afraid. The property is challenging to access (the hotel I booked under is named something different) and when I arrived at the hotel, the reception desk was closed. I had to check into another hotel's desk, which wasn't very clear. I also think the fact the rooms are only cleaned weekly to be a big downside. The rooms accumulate a lot of dust, so much so that when I checked into the room it was dusty already. After 2 nights, it was very noticeable, but I don't think its fair to expect guests to pay for housekeeping when the building is so dust/dirt prone. I wouldn't
