Pros: Great location close to the airport. The staff are friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. Cons: Smoke smell in the elevator and hallway. Although there is a no smoking policy .

Pros: Proximity to DFW. Stayed here while on a layover and their free shuttle service is awesome. Units came with a small kitchen and came with utensils. Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The airport shuttle drivers were great. I enjoyed the full size fridge and spacious room Cons: The main issue I had was with the airport shuttle pickup. When I called the hotel for a pickup, I was already downstairs at the designated courtesy pickup area where hotel shuttles normally pick up passengers. The person at the front desk, who I believe was the manager at the time, told me that I needed to go upstairs by the green signs. I even asked if she was sure, and she insisted that the pickup was upstairs. After waiting about 10–15 minutes, the shuttle driver called me and told me he was
