Money well spent

Pros: Great staff! I actually live in Düsseldorf and booked this accommodation because I had an exam the following day. It happened to be during a particularly hot period. Unfortunately, the first room did not meet my expectations, but the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They offered to change my room, personally showed me the available options, and walked with me to inspect them so I could choose the most suitable one. Thanks to their support, I was able to get a good night's rest before my exam. I really appreciated their kindness and excellent service. Cons: The location is not very

Overall, our stay was okay

Overall, our stay was okay. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. However, we had problems with the air conditioning. It couldn't lower the room temperature below 25°C, which was not sufficient given the high outside temperatures. The room remained too warm, which was very uncomfortable for us. We reported the issue to the staff. Although they offered us another room, the temperature there would have been only about 1°C lower. Therefore, we decided to stay in the original room. As compensation for the inconvenience, they waived the parking fees, which we greatly appreciated. Overall,
